Our client is an international medical device group developing and manufacturing innovative medical devices aimed at helping couples achieve their dreams of having a baby. We are searching for a Director of Marketing to join our North American Marketing Team. Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, the Marketing Director role is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote products, services, or brands and drive customer engagement.


Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with HQ and implement marketing plans throughout North America that align with global strategy.
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing initiatives that drive goal achievement and market awareness.
  • Define best practices for the Marketing department that effectively capture new ways of communication and maximize ROI on all marketing fronts.
  • Maintain commercial awareness by selecting the most appropriate channels to deliver smart and targeted content.
  • Constantly optimize metrics to effectively communicate through digital marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and control all aspects related to social media and online content, including managing, and editing content.
  • Design and management of marketing collateral and guide its use for internal team.
  • Support objectives for marketing campaigns, such as events, conferences, digital initiatives, or promotions.
  • Elaborate regular reporting of monthly marketing activity for the management team and headquarters.


Required Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from an accredited college or university.
  • 3-5 years of advanced marketing experience in healthcare.
  • Preferred experience in Women’s Health, Reproductive Medicine and/or IVF.
  • Proven track record of successfully creating and implementing marketing programs, Digital Campaigns and content development.
  • Experience managing GTM, GA360 and data driven strategies across different channels (programmatic, display, AdWords, Facebook custom audiences, etc).
  • Mastery in Salesforce Marketing and Sales Cloud.
  • Experience working in digital product development in agile teams, user stories, UX.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Superior analytical skills with expertise in marketing analysis, digital campaigns, and market trends.
  • Ability to analyze problems and strategies to create effective solutions.
  • Strong business acumen with proven results to impact the bottom line through strategic planning and leading of the go-to-market execution.
  • Experience working with Sales teams, Clinic Success, reviewing commercial campaigns, gathering feedback from the field, etc.
  • Experience in driving Communications /KOL campaigns.
  • Creatively guide conceptual concepts from inception to deployment and evaluation.
  • Deep understanding and flawless execution of digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Resourceful and objective in building out new content appropriate for various North America territories.
  • Organizational skills and ability to successfully carry out projects.
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, Spanish will be a plus.
  • Possess the drive and motivation to stay on task and be extraordinary.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment with a global team.
