Must-Have Qualifications
15+ years in Mechanical Engineering design within building services and construction.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
Deep understanding of building codes and mechanical design principles.
Proven project delivery success across various sectors and regions.
Excellent technical knowledge of HVAC and MEP systems.
Expertise in high-performance building design and understanding its impact on carbon footprint and commercial viability.
Professional Engineer (P.E.) or equivalent certification.
LEED AP accreditation preferred.
Proficiency with Revit, CFD, and energy modeling software.
Leadership experience in an MEP Engineering Consultancy.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects, teams, and deadlines.
Self-starter mentality with independent and collaborative work capabilities.
Experience mentoring junior engineers.
