Director of Multi Family Renovation

Position Overview

The Director of Multi Family Renovation will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the renovation process for multi-family properties. This includes managing project timelines, budgets, and subcontractors, as well as leading a team of professionals to ensure successful completion of renovations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project and construction management, as well as business development and contract negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of multi-family property renovations, including project timelines, budgets, and subcontractors.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and subcontractors.
• Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and vendors.
• Create and manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and making adjustments as needed.
• Lead a team of professionals, including project managers, contractors, and other staff members.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of renovation projects.
• Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure a seamless renovation process.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of current market trends and best practices in multi-family renovation.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, business, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in project and construction management, preferably in multi-family renovation.
• Proven track record of successfully managing budgets and negotiating contracts.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
