Job Description

Continuum Pediatric Nursing Services a leading provider of Pediatric Private Duty nursing for over 30 years is seeking a Director of Nursing for our Charlotte, NC office. We are a Joint Commission Accredited home healthcare agency with a mission to provide exceptional skilled nursing care to children in the comfort of their homes. The Director of Nursing will oversee all operations except payroll and billing, ensuring high-quality care. They'll work closely with our team and report to the National Director of Nursing. Responsibilities include managing clinical and administrative staff, handling fiscal matters, ensuring compliance, and fostering growth for the branch. Candidates must be an RN and need a minimum of 3 years nursing experience with 12 months in a management role. Pediatric and/or homecare nursing experience preferable.
