Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Operations at Shield Wall Systems of Florida, LLC located in Rockledge, FL. The Director of Operations will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, developing and implementing operational policies and procedures, managing budgets and resources, and ensuring the successful execution of projects and initiatives. The Director of Operations will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide leadership and guidance to employees, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness.

• Strong leadership and strategic planning skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
• Knowledge of industry best practices and standards
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
• Professional certifications, such as Certified Operations Professional (COP) or Certified Operations Manager (COM), are a plus
