Growthspace is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Director of Partnerships and Business Development to lead inorganic growth and strategic partnerships. This role will focus on identifying, developing, and managing key partnerships that drive business growth, expanding our market reach, and enhancing our product offering. The ideal candidate will have a strong network in the HR Tech and services landscape, a proven track record of driving successful partnerships, and experience in driving high-impact business development initiatives.

- Identify, evaluate, and secure partnerships with key players in the HR Tech ecosystem, including technology providers, service firms, and industry influencers.
- Create a manage a pipeline of small/ mid size referral partners and resellers
- Identify, evaluate, and secure partnerships with key players in the HR Tech ecosystem, including technology providers, service firms, and industry influencers.
- Build and maintain a robust network of relationships with partners to create win-win opportunities and maximize the value of collaborations.
- Develop and execute a strategic partnership roadmap to drive inorganic growth and new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, marketing, and customer success, to integrate partnerships into our business strategy.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure alignment with the company’s business goals and objectives.
- Drive partner acquisition strategies, lead generation, and co-marketing initiatives with partners to accelerate growth.
- Track and measure the impact of partnerships on revenue, market expansion, and product development.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities.
- 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances, preferably in the HR Tech or SaaS industry.
- Significant rolodex within the HR services/ tech landscape
- A background in HR Tech or familiarity with HR solutions and services with a well-established network of contacts within the HR Tech ecosystem.
- Experience leading partnerships in a high-growth, fast-paced startup environment.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and executing partnership strategies that resulted in measurable business growth.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models, go-to-market strategies, and product development.
- Deep understanding of partners ecosystem, types of partners, motivation, business model, strengths and weaknesses, etc.
- Proven experience in leading negotiation processes of various types of partnership agreements.
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build and maintain a network of relationships within the organization and outside of it.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment with a focus on results and execution.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities, prioritize efforts, and deliver impact.
- Experience working cross-functionally with teams such as sales, marketing, product, and customer success.
- Self-starter, proactive and accountable who can excel in a fast-paced, highly demanding environment.
- MBA or equivalent business experience is a plus.
