Why We’re Looking
A leader of Performance Managers will retain revenue, drive customer engagement and utilization, and grow revenue. This individual will be representing industry leading, proven, and award-winning automotive software solutions that from Lightyear, Oplogic, and iService . This portfolio includes Enterprise Retail Cloud DMS, Document Management, CRM, Desking, F&I Menus, Equity, Telephony, Fraud Protection, Service Lane Tools, and more.
What You’ll Do
Establish systems to support Performance goals
Establish expectations and ensure execution of a disciplined cadence of customer engagement
Project management style management of our customer’s success
Establish a playbook of best practices, templates, and requirements for each onsite/remote customer engagement (e.g., goals, agenda, meeting, execution, stakeholder debrief, action plan, and follow up email) with project management style ownership
Team Development
On going management, expectation setting, accountability, and coaching
Cross training of all Success to ensure generalist status across DMS, CRM and Service portfolio with specialist focus in at least one dealership area (Variable Operations, General Operations including Accounting, or Fixed Operations) to ensure each Success Manager can support a geographic area or named accounts efficiently and effectively
On going Product, Demonstration, and Performance Manager Training

What Your Team Will Do Under Your Leadership
Retain revenue
Establish trusted advisor status with decision makers and stakeholders
Show ownership and urgency in the completion of action items
Seek customer feedback to improve the customer experience
Drive customer engagement and utilization
Establish and maintain generalist status for all assigned solutions and subject matter expert status for in at least one dealership area (Variable, General Operations (including Accounting), or Fixed Operations)
Support the customer’s strategic projects
Analyze account and solution performance to recommend changes to support dealership goals and lead to greater return on investment for the customer
Host utilization sessions (remote/onsite) to improve the use of the solution, employee satisfaction, and financial impact
Educate and leverage on the use of enhancements
Assist in creating training course and educational materials
Promote the value of the solution
Share best practices being utilized for solutions
Assist with Onboarding as required
Grow revenue
Understand the dealership’s goals and outstanding projects
Understand the competitive solutions being utilized and the pros/cons of those solutions as well as the pricing and term remaining if the customer is not satisfied with the current solution
Keep the customer informed of DealerBuilt’s vision and solution portfolio
Uncover opportunities for additional DealerBuilt solutions to be utilized by partnering with sales to win that business
Demonstrate the value of the solution if requested
What We’re Looking For
Been there, done that leader that has run a success organization
Builder of process, systems, and playbooks to drive best practices
Teacher that can establish standards and coach to those standards to drive change
Project management style focus to ensure customers achieve their desired business results
Cross functional leader that can support and drive other departments
Relationship builder at the C-Level
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and internal tools (SFDC, ZenDesk, Teams, Excel, etc.) skills
Remote, field based role with approximately 30%+ of your time working with team at the customer’s site
5+ years of automotive software experience, representing a similar portfolio (optimal) with proven results
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in career experience
