The Director of Pharmacy will be responsible for day-to-day operations and coordination of care, treatment, and service processes for off- site locations and departments throughout Stillwater Regional Medical Center. We are seeking a Director that will create an environment that continues to foster and build upon a strong culture of teamwork and collaboration. Education:
Masters of Science in Hospital Pharmacy (Administration), preferred. Completion of a hospital pharmacy residency preferred.
Doctorate in Pharmacy (PharmD) Preferred
Graduate of school or college of Pharmacy accredited by the American Council Education.
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum of eight (8) years hospital pharmacy practice.
Five (5) years proven successful pharmacy department management experience.
340B Drug Program experience (required).
Excellent communications skills, verbal, and written.
Strong financial acumen.
Experience with retail pharmacy a plus!
Proven ability to recruit, build and motivate a strong team.
