The Director, Pharmacy Operations, Downtown Campus is responsible for the direction and leadership of operational, financial, programmatic and personnel activities for **client**, as well as overall inpatient medication delivery programs and services including all perioperative care areas, and overall pharmacy programs and services.
Salary: $162k - $200k plus a bonus potential, relocation assistance and temporary housing. Salary increase will be based on Interview. The mentioned is proposed Salary
Must Have
8-10 years of progressive leadership experience over a large healthcare system. Candidate needs to have experience with pharmacy residency programs
Qualifications
Education:
Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited School of Pharmacy (required)
Master’s degree in healthcare or business administration (preferred)
Experience
Post-Graduate Year 1 (PGY-1) Pharmacy Residency or three (3) years of relevant work experience (required)
8 - 10 years of progressive inpatient leadership experience (required)
Licensure
Licensed or license eligible as a pharmacist in the Commonwealth of Kentucky
Certification
Current board certification by Board of Pharmacy Specialties® or must obtain within two (2) years from date of hire (required)
Current certification in Basic Life Support or must obtain within 90 days from date of hire (required)
