CRE Private Equity Director of Portfolio Management

LHH is working with an internationally renown Commercial Real Estate firm on a Director of Portfolio Management search. The ideal candidate needs to have proven track record in modeling with both debt and equity funds, perform fund roll-ups, have proficiency in analytics & risk management, and be ARGUS proficient.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create, maintain, and enhance cash flow analytics models for both fixed and floating-rate debt scenarios to project portfolio performance
• Model debt, equity, preferred equity, and other investment activities across funds and separate accounts
• Provide analytic guidance to inform asset and portfolio decisions (valuations, deal structuring, and deal optimization)
• Develop hold sell and valuation analyses to evaluate assets and portfolios
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead the cross-department analytics team to ensure optimal deal terms and effective risk management.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or other related business degree
• CFA is a plus
• 3+ years of experience modeling commercial mortgages
• 7+ years of experience modeling portfolio cash flows
• Proficient in ARGUS
• Proficient in Excel
