Job Title: Senior Vice President of Product

Location: Los Angeles, CA. role is remote but quarterly travel 1x per week) 4x per year. Must be based in CA, AZ, Seattle or Illinois (any PST state) will not consider EST

Compensation: Up to $350,000 base plus bonus & Equity (all in comp 500,000)

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Vice President, Product Manager to join our team. This pivotal role involves spearheading our product strategy and collaborating closely with our engineering team to deliver innovative solutions in the eCommerce sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data-driven decision making and a proven track record in the eCommerce industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement product strategies that align with our business goals and market demands.
• Work closely with the engineering team to drive product development from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Manage and mentor a team of five direct reports, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Utilize data to make informed decisions, optimizing product performance and customer experience.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
• Engage with key stakeholders to communicate product vision, strategy, and progress.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a senior product management role within the eCommerce industry (no exceptions).
• Must have Ad Tech
• Strong background in working with data and analytics to drive product decisions.
• Experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, particularly engineering.
• Experience working on an influencer platform is highly desired.
