Position Overview

The Product Marketing Director will collaborate with stakeholders in the organization to build and execute product marketing strategies that drive the adoption of our products and solutions. In this role, you will analyze and assess brand performance, competitiveness, and product trends in the marketplace and develop strategies based on research and analysis.


Position Responsibilities

● Become an expert in the IXOPAY payment orchestration and payment microservices capabilities, value, and benefits.

● Develop and execute go-to-market strategy for new products and facilitate market research approach, methodology, and integration of findings driving the company’s go-to-market approach.

● Gather intelligence from internal and external sources to develop and refine our solution position in the market.

● Collect market requirements and conduct research to assist with the design and creation of new products, solutions, features, and benefits.

● Enhance product definition and positioning by researching and analyzing competitive information and gaps, and market and product analysis.

● Continuously develop segmentation, targeting, and positioning to enable demand generation and other teams to execute campaigns.

● Develop a strong understanding of enterprise customer identity use cases and become an expert in customer identity use cases, buyers, markets, and associated business initiatives.

● Work with the marketing team, client success, sales, engineering, and other teams to develop high-impact marketing content.

● Identify and coordinate product/solution launches including messaging and positioning, internal communications, website, email newsletter, analyst briefings, and field/event marketing.

● Support sales and market through sales tools and market expertise to ensure their ability to effectively position and sell products/solutions.

● Create and present sales training content to improve sales performance.

● Define and meet product and solution marketing objectives and defined key metrics.

● Translate consumer needs into product requirements working with product management and development teams.


Position Qualifications

● 8+ years experience delivering compelling product marketing results, ideally with experience in a payments technology company

● Experience developing go-to-market plans and with clear data-driven results

● Demonstrated success working cross-functionally across product, sales and training teams

● An understanding of pricing for SaaS and proven experience leading pricing and packaging strategies

● Proven ability to create and position solution offers unique to different segments

● Proven experience creating compelling messaging for different segments and personas

● Experience driving sales enablement / training to position products with commercial teams

● Ability to craft compelling stories, collateral, and tools around technology products and services for both business and technical buyers

● Experienced marketer that understands how to use the full marketing toolkit

● Technically savvy and intellectually curious about new technologies and how they work/enable new customer solutions

● Avid learner who has experience learning new markets and industries and devising solutions and marketing strategies to reach those markets

● Strong teaming skills and experience to bring together diverse views and communicate/collaborate effectively
