Join Our Team as Vice President, Project Management Officer (PMO)

About The Role

Are you passionate about taking project management practices to new heights? We are looking for a Vice President to lead our Project Management Office (PMO) for a prominent pharmaceutical client. In this pivotal role, you will define and uphold standards for project management on various platforms, including Adobe, design ecosystems, and emerging AI technologies. As the PMO, you will play a key role in establishing best practices, streamlining processes, and ensuring efficient project execution.

Your Impact

Develop and Manage SOPs and Best Practices:

  • Create, optimize, and maintain documentation and training materials to promote project management excellence.

Lead Agency/Client Processes

  • Establish and enhance processes, protocols, and ways of working to boost efficiency and collaboration.

Implement Agile Methods

  • Introduce and maintain agile methodologies to enhance project execution and delivery.

Training And Development

  • Provide comprehensive training to new and existing team members to equip them with the necessary skills and knowledge for success.

Serve As a Key Resource

  • Offer guidance and support to teams and clients, acting as an internal and external escalation point.

Drive Quality And Efficiency

  • Supervise agile workstreams, identify process improvement opportunities, and ensure the delivery of high-quality results.

Change Management

  • Lead initiatives to enhance resource, time, and cost efficiencies, and promote governance to ensure process consistency.

Agile Team Collaboration

  • Engage in core Agile meetings and support teams in overcoming challenges to achieve their objectives.

Subject Matter Expertise

  • Stay updated on agile and agile marketing solutions, offering consultations on best practices and training modules.

Forecasting And Reporting

  • Predict revenue and resource requirements, conduct status reviews, and lead post-mortem sessions involving cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Experience in agency or digital project management
  • Agile/Scrum experience and certification
  • Healthcare industry experience essential
  • Strong skills in planning, coordination, management, and communication
  • Proven track record in risk management, change management, and communications management
