Job Title: Director of Sales, Cyber Security & Data Privacy
Location: Remote - Anywhere - US
Job Summary:
Seasoned sales leader with deep Information Security domain expertise and/or demonstrable Public Sector sales experience. The ideal candidate is proven in building and scaling high performing teams from the ground up, consistently delivering on ambitious goals, and effectively working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. Injects high energy and enthusiasm into the organization, places individual and team competence above all else, and thoughtfully challenges the status quo in
pursuit of new growth opportunities.
Job Responsibilities:
Recruit, develop, and mentor a high-performing sales team (6 AEs)
Own and account for an annual business unit GTM plan and budget
Partner with Content Marketing and Growth Marketing counterparts to run lead generation campaigns
Draft, execute on, and optimize the 'sales playbook' in partnership with Sales Operations
Capture accurate SaaS performance and efficiency metrics for weekly reporting upstream
Develop comprehensive Cyber Security and Data Privacy product and industry training to optimize new hire ramp and competence
Prepare and manage quarterly performance expectations and goals: Department objectives and key results, and individual development and career-pathing plans
Identify prospective industry ecosystem partner opportunities to drive customer awareness, engagement, acquisition, and referrals
Respond with agility to DeleteMe’s changing competitive landscape and market trends
Create and curate an extensive network of contacts in the Security industry
Represent DeleteMe at conferences and customer events, from time to time
Job Requirements:
5+ years experience prospecting and/or selling to the CISO/CIO
5+ years experience in Cyber Security and Data Privacy sales
5+ years of sales leadership experience
Referenceable success hiring and developing Account Executives
Proven track record in a similar role with clear evidence of execution in an early stage growth company
