Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The location(s) for this role include one or more of the following metro locations: Los Angeles, New York City, San Francisco, Washington, DC. The target total cash compensation range for the role in any of those locations is $211,800 - $393,300. The location(s) for this role include one or more of the following states: CA, CO, CT, IL, NV, TX, WA and/or remote. The target total cash compensation range for the role in any of those locations is $192,500 - $357,500. The target total cash compensation range in other locations may vary. This is inclusive of both base pay and any target sales incentive. Pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay and any target sales incentive are part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.

About The Role
In this opportunity as Director of Sales, FindLaw – NTO you will:
- Drives growth and sales of print and digital products with a focus on expansion of current customer average order values and net new customers.
- Closely manages sales and renewal pipeline health and development, with clear metrics and accountabilities, and brings rigorous sales process and coaching to create sales excellence
- Collaborates by building effective partnerships with sales leadership and internal support teams such as marketing, commercial excellence, human resources and finance
- Leads a team of Regional Sales Managers in pipeline management, including forecasting revenue accurately and implementing effective growth and staging strategies.
- Close and consistent utilization of all CRM systems and myriad operational data and reports
- Active talent and succession pipeline management to ensure coverage of quota and improve organizational effectiveness in client-centricity, customer value messaging, rapid decision making
You’re a fit for the role of Director of Sales, FindLaw – NTO if your background includes:
- Bachelor’s degree or MBA or JD preferred
- 8+ years’ experience in sales
- 5+ years’ experience in sales management
- Experience with digital marketing products REQUIRED
- Excellent leadership skills with a focus on driving accountability and building an empowered, highly effective management team
- Strategic thinking skills; effective account planning, sales negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, rapidly changing technology environment, and to complete multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of legal markets, legal information needs and online legal products preferred
