Responsibilities
Leads the Supply Chain department, defining and implementing Supply Chain strategy, standards and guidelines in area of responsibility.
Takes care of effective risk management measures.
Ensures efficiency of Supply Chain operations.
Takes final decision on Supply Chain area, budgets and decides resource allocation.
Responsible for Supply Chain related KPIs.
Heads organization assigned and leads all related management and staff.
Requirements
Bachelors' degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration or other related field or equivalent combination of relevant experience and education. Masters' degree preferred.
10 years of experience in complex supply chains; including supplier management, manufacturing, and logistics; solar industry experience preferred.
Good, proven project and program management skills. Ability to develop, plan, and implement strategic short- and long-range goals.
Effective team leadership skills with ability to facilitate a cooperative work environment, motivate, coach, and facilitate employee development and performance.
Good interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of business units in a global organization.
Proven proficiency in analysis and problem solving with a risk mindset.
Ability to develop and facilitate positive relationships and collaboration among stakeholders.
Combined operational and financial acumen.
Willingness and ability to travel if required by projects
