Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Human Resources Director (HRD) to oversee employee relations, and full scope talent management in a fast-paced environment in the property management sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling complex employee relations issues, with the ability to thrive in a rapidly changing and demanding workplace. Experience in property management is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Relations:
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, including investigations, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • HR Strategy and Leadership:
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
  • Talent Management:
  • Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process to attract and retain top talent.
  • Implement performance management systems and provide coaching and development opportunities for employees.
  • Develop and administer employee training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Compensation and Benefits:
  • Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.
  • Conduct regular reviews of compensation structures to ensure market competitiveness.
  • Oversee employee benefits administration and provide support for benefits-related inquiries.
  • Policy Development and Implementation:
  • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure consistent application of policies and address any inconsistencies.
  • Provide training and education to employees and managers on policy changes and updates.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on employee relations.
  • Experience in property management or a similar industry is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficient in HRIS and other HR software.
