Job Overview:

Title Data is seeking an experienced and highly skilled leader in title production operations to join our innovative team. This role will have primary responsibility for the execution of the company’s title plant operations strategy, including the evaluation and implementation of new processes and associated reporting. The successful candidate must be an expert in title operations, have a strong skillset as a strategic thinker, effective communicator, and demonstrated experience in process improvement. This position will work directly with the executive management team and make recommendations that will impact the current and future operations of the company.

Reports To:

Executive Vice President, Chief Information Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for participation in setting the strategy for title plant operations in the company
  • Plan, monitor and analyze key metrics for day-to-day operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of title plant processes and tasks
  • Analyze current operational processes and performance, recommending solutions for improvement where necessary
  • Develop, implement and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes to provide visibility into the goals, progress and obstacles of key initiatives
  • Work closely with production department team leads to ensure:
    • efficient processes are implemented
    • achieve the highest level of title plant quality
    • maximize utilization of technology and third-party partners
  • Provide recommendations for strategic goals for operations efficiency and increased productivity
  • Stay up to date on current and new industry trends and technologies relative to title plant operations
  • Report progress and challenges to executive management, with recommendations for quick resolution of any reported issues
  • Liaison with the technology group to clearly define and implement:
    • operational and management reporting
    • production system enhancements and upgrades
Job Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, or related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a title production manager or similar leadership role in the Title Insurance or Mortgage Banking industry

Prior experience operationalizing and managing BPO vendors

Advanced process operations skillset and a demonstrated history of partnering with technology to achieve objectives

Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
