Job Description:
- Lead and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns to educate the market, drive brand awareness, generate sales-ready leads, and nurture our existing sales funnel, directly increasing market demand and sales pipeline.
- Track and report marketing key performance indicators and identify, recommend, and execute improvements for accelerating lead generation and brand awareness.
- Collect, monitor, and analyze the performance of campaigns (email, social, paid media, events, etc.) to optimize performance and re-allocate spend as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, publications, product messaging and positioning, and key business needs, and adjust content and strategy accordingly.
- Work cross-functionally across the organization to oversee the timely execution of demand generation plans.
- Plan, execute, and oversee a diverse range of demand generation events both onsite and virtual, from concept to post-event evaluation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless event execution, including marketing, design, sales, and technical teams.
- Manage project-related budgets.
- 10 years of B2B marketing experience, with 5 years of demand generation experience
- Must have worked with EdTech or Technology industry
- Bachelor's degree or related work experience a must, master's degree a plus
- Analytical, with the ability to capture and derive insights from key data points for optimized marketing channel performance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong quantitative business process and project management skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously with proficiency in project management tools
- Self-starter with the proven ability to drive for results individually or as a team
