Assumes 24-hour responsibility for management of assigned unit.
Directs and manages overall administration and quality of Pharmacy Services provided for patients and staff of CRMC.
Responsible for developing departmental policies relevant to the operation of the department of pharmacy.
Establishes and implements standards of practice that comply with regulatory agencies.
Demonstrates and encourages team behavior and exceptional patient/guest experiences.
Upholds and promotes patient safety and quality.
Education
Minimum Knowledge, Skills, Experience Required
PharmD required. Must be currently licensed by the State of Alabama.
Experience
3 to 4 years Director level experience in an acute care facility. Must demonstrate leadership ability, good judgment, and self-motivation. Strong written and oral communication and organizational skills are a must.
