Job title: Director of Program and Portfolio Management

About the company:

  • Clinical stage oncology company focused on developing first in class therapies to modulate "undruggable" targets in cancer utilizing targeted protein degradation.


About the role:

  • Must have MS or PhD in life sciences or related field and 10+ years in the biotech or pharma industry.
  • Must have some early clinical experience.
  • Will oversee all portfolio operations of program teams that are in development.
  • Will drive strategic planning and cross-functional development plans, establishing risks and mitigations for various programs.
  • Oncology experience is a plus.
