Key Responsibilities
- Identify and implement comprehensive retention strategies to increase customer loyalty, product adoption, and revenue generation
- Establish key metrics for measuring retention success and provide regular updates to leadership and key stakeholders
- Analyze customer behavior and purchase patterns to identify opportunities for retention and upselling
- Work closely with creative and merch teams to enhance the customer experience and integrate retention into all touchpoints
- Create and manage customer segmentation strategies for targeted communication giving a personalized brand experience
- Lead the development of membership program, ensuring it aligns with brand values and resonates with our customer base
- Utilize data-driven insights to continuously optimize retention efforts and measure their effectiveness
- Create a retention channel playbook that drives brand strategy in conjunction with digital performance strategy
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 6-8 years experience with proven track-record in retention
- Exceptional analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
