About the role:

The Revenue Operations Director will provide direct support to the Revenue organization and own all related business planning activities, analytics and growth initiatives. As a key business partner to the CRO (Chief Revenue Officer) and Revenue leaders, this Director has the technical skills and business acumen to develop business growth plans and strategies to improve productivity and efficiency across Sales, Customer Success, Renewals, Channel and Marketing. The Director will be looked to for strategic insights and operational optimization to align revenue strategies with business objectives, ultimately maximizing profitability and growth.

Your contribution will be:

Strategy Development:

  • Develop and execute revenue operations strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Collaborate with senior management to define revenue targets, KPIs, and performance metrics.

Process Optimization:

  • Streamline and optimize end-to-end revenue processes from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Implement best practices in sales operations, pricing strategy, and sales forecasting.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Utilize data-driven insights to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in revenue performance.
  • Develop and maintain regular reporting on key revenue metrics, providing actionable recommendations to improve performance.
  • Develop sales performance analyses and partner with Enablement to drive targeted training and improve sales productivity

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Foster collaboration and alignment between sales, marketing, renewals, channel, product and customer success teams.
  • Lead initiatives to improve interdepartmental processes and communication channels.

Revenue Forecasting and Planning:

  • Optimize and lead revenue forecasting processes to support financial planning and decision-making.
  • Develop pipeline programs to achieve quarterly and annual targets in partnership with Marketing; continuously monitor revenue pipeline health and recommend strategies to drive growth

To be successful, we think you need:

  • 10+ years of experience in revenue operations or similar role
  • 7 + years experience working in software or SaaS.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Deep understanding of sales processes, CRM systems and revenue management practices
  • Demonstrated skills and passion for problem solving and operational excellence with a proven ability to design & implement scalable solutions.
  • Advanced skills in data analysis using MS Excel, performance measurement, and reporting.
  • Ability to consistently meet deadlines and provide well-vetted reporting and business recommendations.
  • Significant Experience with Salesforce CRM, Tableau or Tableau CRM and PowerBI required.
  • Executive presentation skills and ability to engage with senior leadership and cross-functionally across departments
