Our client is seeking a Director of Sales Operations, you will play a vital role in refining and optimizing sales systems to drive growth and efficiency. Your collaboration with key teams will be instrumental in shaping performance metrics, improving sales tools, and providing insights to leadership. A significant part of this role is your oversight of key performance indicators, ensuring their accurate management. You will also manage sales territories and handle incentive compensation processes, ensuring smooth coordination across departments like marketing, finance, and business development.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with business development and revenue teams to establish and refine performance metrics for all revenue functions.
  • Manage and enhance CRM tools and sales systems, driving efficiency and meeting sales targets.
  • Monitor performance indicators, report on progress, and identify areas for improvement in revenue reporting.
  • Define and manage sales territories, ensuring market coverage and process optimization. Oversee incentive compensation processes.
  • Offer strategic insights by interpreting sales data and trends, ensuring leadership is informed of potential risks and opportunities.
  • Shape the sales process, ensure adherence to critical legal and financial deliverables, and verify the accuracy of sales data to support smooth transaction execution.


Qualifications:


  • Entrepreneurial and adaptable, thriving in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of sales processes and the ability to translate business needs into practical solutions.
  • Expertise in configuring and managing CRM systems. Experience with Salesforce or similar tools is advantageous.
  • Background in sales operations, business development, or sales management.
  • Excellent communication skills with a track record of collaborating effectively with senior leadership.
