AS THE DIRECTOR, SURGICAL SERVICESyou will, report to the Chief Nursing Officer. This position is responsible for managing daily operations, budget, staffing/personnel, strategic initiatives, and quality outcomes. This position acts as a liaison working with other hospital personnel, system leaders, and medical professionals.
Qualifications
Bachelors of Science in Nursing required. Masters in Nursing, Business, or Health Administration required within three years of hire
Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) License
Two years OR Nursing experience
Speciality Certification preferred
Management experience in an inpatient/surgical setting
Healthcare Provider (CPR) and ACLS Certification
Certification as ARON or CASC at time of hire or within one year
