We are looking for a talented Document Control Analyst to join our team in Cary, North Carolina to transform raw data into actionable insights that drive informed decision-making across various construction projects.
What You'll Do
Gather, organize, and group data from various database management sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Interpret and analyze findings and present actionable recommendations to project managers and other stakeholders.
Establish tracking tools and monitor project data to establish trends, dashboards, and metrics, and identify areas to streamline workflows.
Conduct trend analysis on submittal data to identify trends and potential areas of risk or opportunity.
Work closely with the Operations team to identify opportunities for process improvement based on data analysis.
Establish and maintain electronic indices of project documents and generate reports to communicate data-driven insights.
Support preparation of transmittals of engineering and procurement documents.

Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
Proven work experience using File Sharing sites for document posting, uploading, downloading, and manipulation (Procore, SharePoint, FTP, etc.).
Proficient in MS Excel and Word.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with BIM, PIMS, and/ or Procure.
Experience with data analytics tools.
2-3 years of document control experience in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
