Ultimate Therapy 2, LLC is seeking a DOR Director of Rehabilitation PT/OT to fill a full-time, salaried position in our skilled nursing facility. You'll be responsible for the overall supervision, coordination and administration of the facility.

We would like to speak with a DOR Director of Rehabilitation PT/OT who is solution-oriented and willing to provide guidance and support when uncertainty arises. Must be well organized and motivated. Previous experience working in a skilled nursing facility is required.
