We're looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Remote Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team and support our rapid growth. In this role, you'll provide vital support to our Director of Business Operations and help our clients achieve their goals. Your tasks will involve managing communication, coordinating schedules, and ensuring smooth operations for various projects. You'll be the go-to person for both internal and client-facing needs, ensuring everything runs seamlessly.

We're looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Remote Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team and support our rapid growth. In this role, you'll provide vital support to our Director of Business Operations and help our clients achieve their goals. Your tasks will involve managing communication, coordinating schedules, and ensuring smooth operations for various projects. You'll be the go-to person for both internal and client-facing needs, ensuring everything runs seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Support: Assist the Director of Business Operations and various clients as needed.
- Communication Management: Serve as a liaison between clients' upper management and employees, handling communication with internal and external executives.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Manage complex scheduling, calendar management, and travel arrangements for clients.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle office support tasks including typing, dictation, spreadsheet creation, and maintaining filing systems.
- Professionalism: Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and exercise discretion in all interactions.
- Event Planning: Organize client events and respond promptly to requests.
- Multi-Tasking: Navigate priorities efficiently while managing multiple tasks.
- 4 years of experience in an administrative role supporting senior management.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office; adept at learning new software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Flexible, adaptable team player with a positive attitude.
- Professional phone presence and promptness in handling urgent requests.
- Experience in developing internal processes and filing systems.
- Associate's degree or higher in administration, or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Active Campaign, Zoho, Pipedrive, etc.
- Monday to Friday
- 10-20 hours per week to start, with opportunities for growth
