Location: Seattle, WA (with some travel required)

About Us: We are a small but mighty and collaborative team dedicated to attracting and hiring top talent for F5's early career initiatives. As part of our Early Careers Talent Acquisition team, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering quality talent and an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. This position will primarily manage US-based interns, particularly in engineering, and support other areas within F5.

Job Summary: As a Recruiter for our Early Careers Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for F5’s early career programs. Your role will focus on attracting, engaging, and hiring a diverse and talented pool of interns, with an emphasis on engineering roles. You will work at pace, particularly during the peak campus hiring season, ensuring that we meet our hiring goals while providing a positive candidate experience. Additionally, you will collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to support F5’s commitment to inclusive hiring practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire hiring process from requisition to offer acceptance, including candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offer management.
  • Campus Hiring: Drive recruitment efforts during the peak campus hiring season, focusing on engaging and attracting top university talent, especially for engineering roles.
  • Recruiting Events: Plan and organize recruiting events, managing F5’s representation and overseeing budget allocations.
  • Inclusive Hiring: Actively engage in sourcing and attracting diverse candidates, ensuring an inclusive hiring process.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers, Employee Inclusion Groups, and other stakeholders to align recruitment efforts with F5’s diversity and inclusion goals.
  • Metrics & Reporting: Track and report on recruitment metrics, providing analysis to inform future recruitment strategies.
  • Intern Onboarding & Conversion: Support the onboarding process for interns and coordinate the conversion process, maintaining contact with interns until they return as full-time employees.
  • Continuous Improvement: Adapt to new initiatives and programs in the US, evolving your role to meet changing business needs.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in University/HBCU hiring within the tech sector, with a focus on engineering roles.
  • Proven experience in managing high-volume university hiring processes at scale and delivering impactful results.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver an exceptional candidate experience through inclusive hiring practices.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and work effectively across teams.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to managing candidate data in compliance with privacy requirements.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), with experience in Workday preferred.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Authorization to live and work in the US.
