Healthcare Staffing Professionals is currently looking for a Echocardiographer to work in a medical center in San Diego, CA. Pay Rate
$60/hr
Job Duties
Conduct comprehensive transthoracic echocardiograms (TTE), stress echocardiograms, and transesophageal echocardiograms (TEE) using Philips equipment.
Prepare patients for echocardiography, explaining procedures and ensuring comfort and safety during imaging.
Operate and manage echocardiography equipment, including portable devices for inpatient examinations.
Analyze echocardiographic data and prepare detailed preliminary reports for cardiologists.
Collaborate with medical staff to integrate echocardiographic results into patients’ overall medical evaluations.
Maintain precise records of all echocardiographic procedures and findings.
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure environment for both patients and staff.
Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with advancements in echocardiography technology and practices.
Requirements:
3+ years’ experience
ARDMS - RDCS or RCS , BLS, Experience Outpatient and Inpatient (portables), Strong Echo Experience, Philips equipment
