Job Description:
The eCommerce quality control specialist will be responsible for developing and executing test plans and procedures to ensure software quality and reliability.
Responsibilities:

The eCommerce quality control specialist will be responsible for developing and executing test plans and procedures to ensure software quality and reliability.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute manual and automated test plans and procedures to ensure software quality and reliability.
- Identify, document, and track software defects and issues to resolution.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand software requirements and ensure test coverage.
- Participate in the design and development of testing frameworks and tools.
- Analyze test results and provide recommendations to development teams to improve software quality and performance.
- Document testing processes and procedures to ensure repeatability and accuracy.
- Work with project managers to ensure testing milestones and deadlines are met.
- Develop and maintain test data and test environments to support testing efforts.
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1+ years of software testing and quality control experience.
- Experience in developing and executing manual and automated test plans and procedures.
- Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing methodologies.
- Experience in identifying, documenting, and tracking software defects and issues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with test automation frameworks and tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
