About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Video Editor to join our dynamic Creative Production team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting compelling visual stories for high-end broadcast, online video, and advertising campaigns for national and global clients. You are a master storyteller with a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of pacing, music, and visual aesthetics. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, collaborating closely with our creative team to bring innovative ideas to life.

Responsibilities:

  • Edit video footage, audio, and motion graphics to create engaging and impactful content for a variety of platforms.
  • Collaborate with Creative Directors, Art Directors, and Copywriters to ensure the final product aligns with the creative vision and brand guidelines.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of current video editing techniques and trends.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain an organized and efficient workflow, adhering to file naming conventions and asset management best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest industry software and technologies.
  • Participate in creative brainstorms and contribute innovative ideas.
  • Provide constructive feedback to other team members and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a professional video editing role, specifically within the advertising industry.
  • Proven experience editing high-end broadcast and online video content for national and/or global clients.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (preferred), Final Cut Pro, or Avid Media Composer.
  • Strong understanding of motion graphics and experience with Adobe After Effects is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Audition a plus.
  • Experience with video or still camera operation is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of the entire video production process, including on-set protocol.
  • Deep knowledge of codecs, raw video files, exporting, transcoding, and compression techniques.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to changing priorities.
  • A positive attitude, a passion for storytelling, and a desire to continuously learn and grow.

  • Experience working with a variety of clients and brands.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your editing skills and creative vision.
  • Experience with project management software and tools.
  • Knowledge of current trends in advertising and digital media.


The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
