```Role
As an Electrical Assembly Technician (also known as Electrician, Electro-Mechanical Assembler), you'll be part of a dynamic operations team, working on the production of quality electrical control panels, motor control, power distribution products, switchracks, and related products. You'll assemble, wire, and test electrical components, install completed assemblies into cabinets and enclosures, and participate in switchrack construction. You'll also be responsible for analyzing job requirements from blueprints and schematics, maintaining a clean work area, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

- High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
- 2 years of experience in electrical assembly with Electrician Certification or 5 years of experience in electrical assembly without certification.
- 2 years of electro-mechanical (piping, conduits, threading) assembly experience.
- Strong mechanical/technical aptitude; knowledge of principles of mechanics, characteristics of materials, fundamentals of electricity and wiring of ordinary circuits.
- Ability to setup and operate hand, pneumatic and power tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and other technical drawings.
- Physical ability to stand on feet continuously during working shift, lift and bend on a continuous basis, and regularly lift 30-50 pounds without assistance.
