Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Electro-Mechanical Systems Design Engineer. The Electro-Mechanical Systems Design Engineer will be responsible for conducting analysis, designing, testing, and implementing electrical and mechanical systems for drones and drone infrastructure solutions. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and improving the performance of existing systems, as well as creating new systems.
Required Qualifications:
Excellent knowledge of Fusion360, or equivalent CAD systems
Experience with designing and testing electrical and mechanical systems
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering fields.
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with drone technology is a plus
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
Ability to troubleshoot and improve performance of existing systems
Planning to, or currently living in Miami
Desired Skills:
CAD, C++ or Arduino programming, sheet metal, electronics & circuits, manufacturing
Stepper motors, sensors, dynamic systems, RF and HVAC engineering
