They are happy with either public or private M&A transactions experience as long as you have solid document drafting experience and between 2-6 years of experience. Also, you must have experience working on at least $250m+ deal size.

This is a multiple hire due to the growth of the team, which is well positioned to aid on all large cap deals across PE backed buyouts to large public mergers.
