The Email Marketing Manager will be responsible for increasing the conversion rate of our acquired leads, upselling customers post-purchase, building customer relationships that create advocates and establishing an impactful refer-a-friend program. Their main tools for this will be email marketing and SMS marketing, but there are no limitations and you are welcome to use whatever tools or channels you deem necessary to get results. A successful candidate will understand how to use data to create personalized messaging and effective targeting.


Responsibilities:

  • Own the creation of the email marketing calendar
  • Develop strategy, create and/or coordinate content, and deploy emails and SMS campaigns
  • Continuously run A/B tests to improve conversion rate on lead nurturing and post purchase upsell journeys
  • Continuously develop new ways to segment leads and develop the appropriate messaging to improve conversion rate
  • Create and implement the strategy for the referral program


Requirements:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in lifecycle or email marketing
  • Sound understanding of a/b testing and incrementality
  • Excitement for building things from scratch
  • Technical CRM tool experience; HubSpot a plus
