At Next Level Medical, our Emotional Wellness Coach (LCSW) plays a crucial role in improving the mental and emotional well-being of our patients. Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer, the Emotional Wellness Coach provides comprehensive mental health support and guidance through evidence-based practices. Responsibilities
Conduct thorough assessments of patients' emotional and mental well-being and develop personalized treatment plans
Provide individual therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic approaches
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to patient care
Monitor patient progress and make appropriate adjustments to treatment plans as needed
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient assessments, interventions, and progress
Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current on best practices and new advancements in mental health care
Requirements
Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution
Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of practice
Minimum 2-3 years of experience providing mental health services
Strong clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and listening skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a commitment to our core values
