We are looking for a Head of Enablement Services to join our Grid Software (GSW) team. You and your team will deliver value-added professional services and training programs to ensure our customers’ success with our world-famous Grid Software Portfolio. You will lead our quote-to-revenue process, daily operations to support global revenue growth and ensure customer success with our products. Responsibilities include leading all aspects of essential processes, supervising team utilization, team management, building cross functional relationships with product management, R&D and other GSW teams. Additionally, you will be a key driver to continuously develop and improve our service portfolio.

This is a remote position in the U.S.

You’ll make an impact as you:

  • Contribute in a leadership capacity to Siemens Grid Software’s Professional Services team, manage a highly effective team, and continue to build and scale global operations and best-in-class services in alignment with Siemens Grid Software ’s Professional Services principles.
  • Build, operate, scale and adapt the service portfolio for Grid Software Products to extend the value and to enable our customers to benefit from the full potential of our Grid Software products.
  • Build and expand service delivery processes and implement strategies to create and influence Siemens Grid Software’s Go-To-Market plans for Professional Services offerings.
  • Drive our service business, help Sales and Customer Services & Success with selling, ensuring that the teams understand our offerings and can articulate the value of Enablement Services
  • Report on utilization, financial goals, and metrics—including bookings, revenue, gross margin, utilization, time-to-value, customer satisfaction

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5 years of proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven leadership skills, strong business acumen, and experience managing customer concerns with executive presence.
  • 3+ years of experience developing and implementing processes and methodologies to standardize and scale operations.
  • 3+ years of experience in resource management for short-term professional services.
  • 3+ years of experience creating estimation, approval, and delivery execution processes for services offerings, including fixed fee engagements, and/or custom SOWs.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
  • Ability to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA preferred
  • Electrical engineering or software engineering degree preferred
  • Software project delivery experience in the utility space
  • Experience building a new team and/or a new service portfolio

  • The salary range for this position is $105,910 - $181,560. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
