Job Description

We are looking for young professionals who want to get into the residential energy efficiency industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in residential energy audits - blower door test, check attic and crawl space insulation, and other tasks involved.
  • Able to calculate the area and write audit reports
  • Able to climb ladders and carry equipment
  • Adhere to construction health and safety standards
  • Customer-centric - follow ethics and under concerns
  • Write the scope of work
  • Pursue industry certifications - BPI Building Analyst Technician
  • Install insulation, air sealing, and other when the project is contracted

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • Have a passion for energy efficiency and clean energy

Note: Training will be provided
