THE ROLE:
The Integration Engineering Manager is a key part of the delivery team providing ongoing technical consulting for enterprise customers and serves as both an expert and an interface into our broader technical support teams.
Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing guidance, coaching, and support to foster their professional growth and development.
Be a hands-on leader, working with the team to create organized, clean, and maintainable code.
Set clear goals and KPIs for the team and drive accountability for results.
Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle of integration solutions, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget while meeting strategic objectives.
Help optimize customer integrations in high scale environments.
Cultivate a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop strategic integration solutions.
Champion innovative approaches that drive efficiency, scalability, and improved user experience.
Serve as a technical leader and subject matter expert in integration technologies and methodologies.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, guiding the team in adopting best practices and implementing innovative solutions.
Leverage data-driven insights to identify opportunities for innovation and enhancement.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
You have experience building and managing effective teams in an Agile/Scrum environment
5+ years experience shipping production code in enterprise environments
Familiarity with Go, Python, or other general purpose languages
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non technical audiences
Strong familiarity with low latency problem spaces and data engineering concepts
Passion for learning new things and educating others
Highly efficient and organized
Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to progressively probe, analyze, identify root causes of problems, provide practical solutions, and negotiate resolutions
Must demonstrate an ability to inspire confidence and work collaboratively with partners, management, and peers while operating with integrity
THE BENEFITS
Base salary for this position is (130k-160k) DOE + 10% bonus
