Provide knowledgeable advice on destinations, travel options, and packages based on clients' preferences and budget
Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and other channels to understand their needs and preferences
Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and industry updates to provide relevant information to clients
Manage reservations, changes, cancellations, and other travel-related inquiries promptly and efficiently
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by offering personalized service and attention to detail
Collaborate with travel partners and suppliers to negotiate deals, discounts, and special offers for clients
Qualifications:
