Entry Level IT Administrator

Qualifications

• This role is direct-to-hire and not eligible for contract.

• We are seeking a junior-level System/Network Admin or a senior-level Desktop Support engineer who is keen on transitioning into systems administration or cyber security.

• The perfect candidate should possess expertise in performing high-level server-related technical tasks, addressing tickets, offering technical assistance to users, and resolving issues with host systems.

Responsibilities

• This resource will be required to sit on-site in Plano, TX office Monday through Friday between 8AM to 5PM with 1 hour for lunch and two 15 minute breaks. 

• This individual will be joining the SOC Level 1 team responsible for supporting multiple customers. This will require review of alarms and learning of cyber security indicators of compromise.

• This resource should possess a proficient understanding of installing, supporting, and administering software and/or custom applications. They should be capable of resolving issues across all levels and keeping patches up to date.

• This role entails the development and upkeep of precise and comprehensive technical documentation for both applications and the supporting infrastructure environment. This includes creating detailed design documents and building procedures.
