We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Entry-Level IT Support Specialist with a keen interest in Azure Cloud, Microsoft 365 Tenant management, and Microsoft Intune. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience or familiarity with Microsoft 365 Tenant, Windows Server, and the Azure suite of services. Excellent customer service skills and basic cybersecurity knowledge are essential to succeed in this role.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade computer hardware, operating systems, applications, and peripherals.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to computer hardware, operating systems, applications, and peripherals.
Recommend and implement solutions to prevent recurring system issues.
Monitor system performance and suggest improvements.
Ensure efficient operation of the company’s IT environment.
Provide support through calls and emails for computer-related issues.
Maintain network connectivity for all systems via LAN and wireless LAN.
Keep an inventory of IT hardware and software.
Document helpdesk activities and solutions.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware, software, and services.
Set up and manage user accounts in Active Directory and provision access to Exchange, VPN, and print services.
Perform basic security tasks such as password resets and access management within a Windows-based network.
, Qualifications
Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Certifications like A+ or MCSE are preferred.
Administrative knowledge of Windows and Office.
Experience with PC hardware installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, FTP, and TCP/IP.
Strong technical knowledge of PC hardware.
Ability to understand technical manuals and documentation.
Research skills for troubleshooting PC issues and evaluating products.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
