We are is looking for a proactive and organized Entry Level Personal Assistant to support our executive team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone new to the field to develop their skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously..

Job:

Full time

Monday to Friday

Pay Range:

$25.60 - $35.00 hourly

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Location: Washington, DC

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the executive team, including managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail, ensuring timely and professional responses
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
  • Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
  • Assist with the planning and coordination of meetings and events
  • Conduct research and compile information for reports and projects
  • Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies, managing office equipment, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or a related field are a plus
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience in an administrative or assistant role is an advantage but not required
