Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing: Find and attract a wide range of talented candidates using various tools and techniques.
Customer Service: Provide outstanding support to both candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
Interview Coordination: Organize and schedule interviews between candidates, senior recruiters and hiring managers, making sure everything runs smoothly.
Research: Stay updated on industry trends and provide valuable insights to the recruitment team.
Educational Events: Help plan and host educational events like workshops and webinars to engage and inform our community.
Social Media Engagement: Assist with managing our social media accounts by creating and sharing engaging content, promoting job openings, and interacting with our audience.
