This position is responsible for the following:
Responsible for record-keeping for State/Federal/County and data management.
Maintains environmental plans in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Supports departments with permitting issues, regulatory assessments, and guidance.
Completes and manages all State, Federal, DEQ/EPA, and local regulatory agency reporting.
Advanced knowledge of Title V Permits, RCRA, MACT Compliance.
Reviews State/Federal/County regulations.
Responsible for plant inspections, compliance reviews, and walk-a-rounds.
Helps with miscellaneous EHS department duties
Maintains ISO 14001 system and updates corresponding documentation.
Be available to take phone calls at home, at night, or on weekends to make decisions or call
other support people as needed.

Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering, Chemistry, Biology, or related field with at least 5 years of experience in Industrial Environmental Compliance.
