Environmental Manager
Job Summary
Industry leading, very reputable and well established manufacturing company is looking for an Environmental Manager in the Hagerstown, MD area. This is not a remote or hybrid position so all candidates must be willing to work 100% of the time in a manufacturing plant.
This role comes with a very competitive compensation plan commensurate with experience with a base salary ranging from $100k to $125k plus a 15% annual target bonus and relocation assistance.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment with some experience interacting with governmental agencies and driving compliance in the plant.
All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities
Role and responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of an organization's environmental compliance,
systems to ensure compliance with environmental laws and regulations.
- Participate in conducting inspections, audits, and investigations; report
corrective action through root cause analysis findings.
- Collect environmental samples and field measurements from the field
- Stay current in research on new technology relevant to environmental

- Effectively communicate to convey ideas and information to others such
