- Develop and present investment theses, including buy, hold, or sell recommendations, based on detailed analysis.
- Build and maintain financial models to forecast company earnings, cash flows, and valuations.
- Prepare and publish research reports, including market outlooks, company profiles, and investment insights.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to clients, including institutional investors, portfolio managers, and other stakeholders.
- Stay informed about market news, economic indicators, and regulatory changes that may impact investments.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA) is preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in equity research, investment analysis, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
- In-depth knowledge of financial markets, investment strategies, and industry trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- High ethical standards and commitment to providing objective, unbiased research.
