Centro, Inc. is looking for an experienced ERP administrator responsible for the configuration, development, enhancements, and continued implementation of our WebUI, on-prem ERP system, Infor Distribution SXe, while our migration project to Infor CSD next year. The ERP administrator will report directly to the COO and maintain Infor Distribution SXe (ERP), Tour de Force (CRM), and other related 3rd party business applications for internal users. Additional job functions will include supporting end-user requests and training for tasks such as searching, quoting, order entry, purchasing, warehousing, AR and AP processes, data analytics, report generation, scripting, web flow, KPIs, dashboards, and maintaining proper system access for user roles.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities:
This position can be performed remotely or onsite at one of Centro's facilities located throughout the Southeast. Occasional overnight travel and occasional after-hours work will be required.

The ERP administrator will report directly to the COO and maintain Infor Distribution SXe (ERP), Tour de Force (CRM), and other related 3rd party business applications for internal users. Essential Duties And Responsibilities:
- Ensure Infor Distribution SX.e and Tour de Force are operational, and applications and functionality are working as designed on a daily basis
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Infor Distribution SX.e and Tour de Force functionality, features, and tools
- Lead our 2025 migration project from Infor SX.e on-prem to Infor CSD (cloud)
- With the support of IT and 3rd party consultants, troubleshoot and resolve any software, reporting, and user issues and errors
- Work with IT to coordinate routine system maintenance (server reboot, software updates, etc.)
- Design, test, and deploy canned and custom Infor Distribution SX.e and Tour de Force reports and make recommendations based on the findings. This includes but is not limited to sales, purchasing, inventory, warehousing, and financial analysis
- Maintain 3rd party software connections to Infor Distribution SX.e and Tour de Force, including eCommerce, Avalara, CenPos, and Power BI
- Engage in the process-defining and improvement discussions regarding current and future roles for pricing, purchasing, order entry, shipping & receiving, and accounting roles
- Ensure the Infor Distribution SX.e and Tour de Force test environments are functional and loaded with current, relevant data
- Set up new operators and modify security permissions for existing operators
- Provide regular training and ongoing system support to Infor Distribution SX.e and Tour de Force users. This will include occasional overnight travel to Centro remote branches
- Manage projects regarding system modifications and new implementations
- Work with Centro team members and stakeholders regarding data clean up and Infor Distribution SX.e and Tour de Force system set up regarding acquisitions, additional warehouses, and profit centers
- Participate in Inforum, TUG, and Infor Xtreme discussions to keep up-to-date with the latest Infor Distribution SX.e developments and updates. Occasional overnight travel may be required for meetings and industry conferences
- Maintain all forms and templates, including recommended updates and changes
- Complete background system changes, corrections, and updates as needed
- Other projects assigned by the President and COO
- Excellent knowledge of computer hardware and software
- Experience working as a software or technology project manager or team lead
- Familiarity using a helpdesk or IT issue and problem tracking system
- Experience with Infor Distribution SX.e or Infor CSD as an administrator or consultant in a business environment. Only applicants with Infor SX.e or Infor CSD experience as an administrator or consultant will be considered.
- Experience with a CRM as an administration, integrator, developer, or consultant is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is preferred but not required.
- Experience working in an industrial distribution environment is a plus.
- Experience with Infor Reporting (IR), Homepages, Mingle, and ION is a plus.
- Broad understanding of database and web technologies such as SQL, Progress, HTML, and JavaScript.
- Administrator-level knowledge of roles, permissions, custom objects, scripting, workflows, reports, and dashboards.
- Robust data analytics, reporting, and database experience.
- Advanced data analysis skills with Excel (v-lookup, pivot table, index matching, etc.).
- Strong understanding of business processes and requirements.
- Project management, system implementation, and system integration experience preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance is required.
- Ability to work collaboratively with eCommerce, sales, operations, accounting, and IT departments.
