The Role:

This position is responsible for implementing new and improved business processes related to the functionality, capabilities and technology of the Acumatica ERP system and is responsible for defining processes, configuring, and maintaining the system. By utilizing best practices, ERP system knowledge and technical experience, the ERP Application Specialist ensures the system effectively and efficiently meets the business’s needs. This role will utilize analytical tools and collaborate with team members across different departments to maximize the company’s investment in the ERP system.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Minimum 3 years’ experience with ERP systems within manufacturing or distribution (Experience with Acumatica is preferred)
• Strong technical skills in ERP software configuration, customization and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of business processes (e.g., finance, supply chain, human resources) and how they relate to ERP systems
• Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels
• Exercise independent judgment to analyze and diagnose application-related problems and issues
• Project management skills to lead ERP implementation projects effectively
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and advancements in ERP technologies to recommend improvements and optimizations
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to pass a background test, drug test, and E-Verify

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
